- What is included in your Registered Agent Service package? – Our registered agent service includes representation with the state and acceptance of service of process on your behalf. We offer this service completely free for the first year when you sign up with one of our mail forwarding locations.
- Can I change my Registered Agent later if needed? – Absolutely
- How do you handle legal documents and notifications? – The state of Wyoming does not allow many documents to be filed electronically. We are able to hand deliver all documents directly to the business division with the state of Wyoming eliminating delays in processing. Once your document has been processed, we email you directly. Nevada allows most documents to be filed electronically. All other Nevada documents are mailed to the state of Nevada. We always include tracking to ensure delivery. Once your documents have been processed we will notify you via email.
